The Airpot Coffee Brewer prepares 3.8 to 7.5 gallons (14.4 to 28.4 litres) of coffee per hour and brews directly into 1.9 to 3 litre airpots, which are designed to keep coffee hot and fresh for extended periods. These airpots can easily be transported to various locations such as remote meeting rooms and breakfast bars. The brewer offers a pour-over model (CW15-APS) and includes a pour-over feature on automatic models, while the faucet is available exclusively on CWTF models. For heavier coffee throw weights, a gourmet funnel model is available. A digital timer allows users to adjust the brew cycle from the front panel, and international electrical configurations are offered. Electrical requirements include: CW15-APS, CWT15-APS & CWTF15-APS, which require 2-wires plus ground service rated 120V, single phase, 60Hz; CWTF20-APS which also requires 2-wires plus ground service rated 120V, single phase, 60Hz; and CWT35-APS and CWTF35-APS which require 3-wires plus ground service rated 120/240V, single phase, 60Hz. Plumbing specifications include 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA) and come supplied with a 1/4" (6.4 mm) male flare fitting. The brewer's performance is based on an incoming water temperature of 60°F/15°C (with a 140°F/60°C rise) for a 1/2 gallon brew time of 4 minutes. Models designated as 120/208V or 120/240V must be connected to corresponding 208V or 240V electrical services, respectively. Please refer to the installation manual for further details.
