The Axiom one gallon coffee brewer brews 4.5 to 9.0 gallons (17.0 to 34.1 liters) of perfect coffee per hour, with the capability of brewing 1/2 gallon and 1 gallon (1.9 and 3.8 liters) batches into an included 1.5 GPR portable server. It features a large 200oz. (5.9 liters) tank that adjusts automatically to varying water pressure. For high lime areas, BrewLogic® technology calculates flow rate and adjusts brew time to maintain consistent pot levels, while BrewWizard® technology simplifies brewer programming through an LCD, allowing users to set brew level, cold brew lock-out, and tank temperature from the front of the machine. The gourmet funnel is designed for use with heavier throw weights of coffee, and coffee extraction is controlled with pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature control. Additional features include cold brew lock-out and automatic warmer time-out, ensuring high quality, fresh tasting coffee. The front of the machine programming facilitates installation, and electronic diagnostics along with a built-in tank drain make servicing easier. The SplashGard® funnel deflects hot liquids away from the hand, and all models come equipped with a hot water faucet. The electrical requirements include a 120 volt model that requires 2-wires plus ground service rated 120V, single phase, and a 240 volt model that requires 3-wires plus ground service rated 120/208 or 120/240V, single phase, 60 Hz. The plumbing specifications allow for 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA), and the machine is supplied with a 1/4" male flare fitting. Performance is based upon an incoming water temperature of 60°F/15°C and a rise of 140°F/60°C with a 1/2 gallon brew time of 4 minutes.
