The dual-voltage automatic coffee brewer is capable of brewing between 3.8 to 7.5 gallons (14.4 to 28.4 litres) of coffee per hour and features a space-saving design with a width of 8.5" (21.6 cm) and includes two top warmers. This brewer is constructed entirely from stainless steel and is equipped with a hot water faucet and a pourover feature. It incorporates a SplashGard® funnel that deflects hot liquids away from the hand for safety. The electrical requirements depend on the wiring configuration: for 120V, it requires 2 wires plus ground service rated for 120V, single phase, 60 Hz, while for 120/208V or 120/240V, it requires 3 wires plus ground service rated accordingly for single phase, 60 Hz. The plumbing connection operates within a pressure range of 20-90 PSI (138-621 kPa) and the machine comes supplied with a 1/4" male flare fitting. Additionally, the performance is based on an incoming water temperature of 60°F, allowing for a 140°F rise over a brew time of 4 minutes.
