The Axiom Automatic Coffee Brewer features a large 200 oz. (5.9 litres) tank that ensures back-to-back brewing capacity. It is dual voltage adaptable, capable of operating at 120V/15 amp or 120/208-240V/20 amp, and it automatically adjusts to varying water pressure. For high lime areas, BrewLogic™ technology calculates flow rate and adjusts brew time to maintain consistent pot levels, while BrewWizard™ technology simplifies programming via an LCD display, allowing users to set the brew level, cold brew lock-out, and tank temperature from the front of the unit. The brewer boasts digital temperature control for ensuring coffee brew quality, including cold brew lock-out capability. Additional features include electronic diagnostics, a built-in tank drain for easier servicing, and a SplashGard® funnel that deflects hot liquids away from the hand. Coffee extraction is customizable with programmable pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature control. The brewer also includes an automatic warmer shut-off and an energy-saver mode that reduces tank temperature during idle periods. Electrically, it requires a 120 volt, 15 amp service with 2-wires plus ground for 120V, single phase, 60 Hz, or 3 wires plus ground for 120/208V or 120/240V, single phase, 60 Hz. The plumbing requirement is between 20-90 PSI (138-621 kPa), and the machine is supplied with a 1/4" male flare fitting for single models and a 3/8" male flare fitting for twin models. Based upon an incoming water temperature of 60°F, it produces a 1/2 gallon brew in approximately 4 minutes with a 140°F rise.
