The My Café MCA Automatic Pod Brewer is a commercial-quality brewing system designed to work with most pods ranging from 45 to 61 mm, capable of brewing both coffee and tea. It brews coffee in approximately 30 seconds using a stainless steel heating tank equipped with a thermostat that maintains water at the optimal brewing temperature. The machine features a sprayhead for enhanced extraction of coffee flavors and a tea button that utilizes pulse brew technology for effective steeping. Users can brew between four to 12 ounces of coffee or tea while adjusting the strength through a portion/volume control. Maintenance is simplified with a removable 46 oz. water reservoir, an easy-slide lid for filling, and a dishwasher-safe pod holder, reservoir/lid, and drip tray assembly. The unit includes two pod holders to prevent flavor transfer and operates automatically when connected to a waterline, although it can also function as a pour-over with no waterline connection. An energy-saver mode helps to reduce tank temperature during idle periods. The electrical model requires a 2-wire plus ground service rated at 120V, single phase, 60Hz, and the plumbing includes a strainer with a 1/4" male flare fitting.
