The My Café MCP Pod Brewer is a commercial-grade system designed for brewing both coffee and tea, compatible with most pods ranging from 45 to 61 mm. It features a fast brew capability, delivering coffee in approximately 30 seconds, while its stainless steel heating tank utilizes a thermostat to maintain optimal brewing temperature. With a sprayhead for enhanced flavor extraction and a specialized tea button employing pulse-brew technology for steeping, users can brew between 4 to 12 ounces of coffee or tea, adjusting strength via the portion/volume control. Designed for convenience, it includes a removable 46 oz. water reservoir with an easy-slide lid for refilling, as well as a drawer-style pod holder to keep hands clean. The pod holder, reservoir/lid, and drip tray assembly are all dishwasher safe, and the kit includes two pod holders to prevent flavor transfer. Additionally, an energy-saver mode is incorporated to reduce tank temperature during idle periods. The electrical specifications require a 2-wire plus ground service rated at 120V, single phase, 60Hz.
