The Brewwise® brewing system with ThermoFresh® servers brews 6.2 to 11.4 gallons (23.5 to 43.2 litres) of perfect coffee per hour and can brew 1/2, 1, or 1-1/2 gallon (1.9, 3.8, or 5.7 litre) batches. It features the ability to store individual coffee recipes, allowing the operator to easily brew various coffee types. Coffee extraction is optimized through pre-infusion, pulse brew, digital temperature control, and a large sprayhead, while coffee strength can be adjusted using the variable by-pass feature. The system operates error-free with any combination of Brewwise® equipment via a wireless brewer-grinder interface through a smart funnel with SplashGard®. Available in black and stainless models, the ThermoFresh servers are vacuum insulated to maintain coffee temperature for hours. Users can create coffee recipe cards and ad cards for display on the brewer's LCD, utilizing custom recipes and dedicated funnels for special coffees through a recipe writer that is compatible with Windows PCs. The electrical specifications include a brewer rated at 120/208V or 120/240V, single phase, 60Hz with 3 wires plus ground, while the grinder is rated at 120V, 60Hz with 2 wires plus ground and requires a circuit with a 3/4 HP motor. The plumbing specification requires 20-90 PSI (138-621 kPa), and the machine is supplied with a 3/8" male fitting. Additionally, the brewing capacity is based on an incoming water temperature of 60°F with a temperature rise of 140°F.
