The coffee brewers with portable servers are capable of brewing 16.3 to 18.9 gallons (61.7 to 71.5 litres) of coffee per hour, with batch sizes of 1/2, 1, or 1-1/2 gallons (1.9, 3.8, or 5.7 litres). They feature a patented server heat control that automatically shuts off once the target temperature is reached, which can be set between 175°F to 190°F (79.4°C to 87.8°C). The electronic grinder interface directs the grinder on the precise amount of coffee required for the selected brew batch size. Additionally, the system includes remote 1 or 2 server docking stations for extended coffee serving capabilities. The Safety-Fresh® patented brew-through lid comes with a vapor seal and spill prevention. A variable batch selector knob allows users to brew both large batches and small servings. The international electrical configurations are available, with the brewer rated for 3-wires plus ground service at 120/208V or 120/240V, single phase, 60Hz. Plumbing operates within 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA), and the machine is supplied with a 1/4" male fitting. It has a tank capacity of 8.4 gallons (31.8 L), and the brewing performance is based on an incoming water temperature of 60°F/15°C with a 140°F/60°C rise, achieving a brew time of 4 minutes per 1/2 gallon. Models designated as 120/208V or 120/240V must be connected to the appropriate 208V or 240V electrical service, respectively, as detailed in the installation manual.
