The Axiom Automatic Coffee Brewer features a twin brew head system that can brew 15 gallons (56.8 liters) of high-quality coffee per hour and includes six individually controlled warming stations. For high lime areas, the BrewLogic™ technology calculates flow rate and adjusts brew time to maintain consistent pot levels, while BrewWizard™ technology simplifies programming through an LCD display. The unit ensures optimal brew quality with cold brew lock-out capability and is constructed with all stainless steel materials. It includes a hot water faucet and a SplashGard® funnel that deflects hot liquids away from the hand. The brewer features digital temperature control for accuracy, with easy adjustments for pot level, cold brew lock-out, and tank temperature via an advanced touch pad located on the front of the machine. Additionally, electronic diagnostics and a built-in tank drain facilitate easier service. Coffee extraction is customizable with programmable pre-infusion or pulse brew, and an energy-saver mode helps reduce tank temperature during idle periods. The electrical specifications require 3 wires plus ground service rated at 120/240V, single phase, 60 Hz, and plumbing operates at 20-90 PSI (138-621 kPa) with a supplied 3/8" male flare fitting. Performance is based on incoming water temperature of 60°F (140°F rise) for a 1/2 gallon brew time of 4 minutes.
