The Axiom Automatic Coffee Brewer features Twin Brew Head Systems and is capable of brewing 15 gallons (56.8 liters) of coffee per hour. It includes six individually controlled warming stations and utilizes BrewLogic™ technology to calculate flow rate and adjust brew time to maintain consistent pot levels, particularly beneficial in high lime areas. The BrewWizard™ technology enables simplified programming through an LCD display, allowing users to set brew level, cold brew lock-out, and tank temperature from the front of the machine. This brewer ensures quality with cold brew lock-out capability and boasts all stainless steel construction for durability. Additional features include a hot water faucet, a SplashGard® funnel that deflects hot liquids away from the hand, and digital temperature control for accuracy. It also offers electronic diagnostics, a built-in tank drain for easier service, and coffee extraction control through programmable pre-infusion and pulse brew. An energy-saver mode is included to reduce tank temperature during idle periods.
