The Bunn Thermal Carafe Coffee Pour-Over Brewer brews 3.8 to 7.5 gallons (14.4 to 28.4 litres) of perfect coffee per hour and accepts thermal carafes up to 8.5" tall (21.6 cm), making it ideal for quick turn environments where high quality coffee is continuously refreshed. The brewer features a space-saving design at 9" wide (22.9 cm) and is constructed entirely of stainless steel. Each model includes a hot water faucet and a SplashGard® funnel that deflects hot liquids away from the hand, ensuring safe operation. The pour-over feature enhances brewing flexibility. For electrical specifications, if wired for 120V, the unit requires 2-wires plus ground service rated 120V, single phase, 60 Hz; if wired for 120/208V or 120/240V, it requires 3-wires plus ground service rated 120/208V or 120/240V, single phase, 60 Hz. The plumbing requirement is 20-90 PSI (138-621 kPa), with the machine supplied with a 1/4" male flare fitting. The brewing cycle is based upon incoming water temperature of 60°F/15°C (140°F/60°C rise) with a brew time of 4 minutes per 1/2 gallon.
