The Dual Coffee Brewer is capable of brewing 16.3 to 18.9 gallons (61.7 to 71.5 litres) of perfect coffee per hour and can produce batches of 1/2, 1, or 1-1/2 gallons (1.9, 3.8, and 5.7 litres). It features an adjustable bypass to ensure optimal coffee quality, regardless of the batch size, and includes a hot water faucet that does not interfere with the brew level. An electronic timer enables fast setup and precise brew levels, while the electronic grinder interface directs the grinder on the exact amount of coffee needed for the selected batch size. The included 1.5GPR portable server boasts a patented Safety-Fresh® brew-through lid with a vapor seal and spill protection. Additionally, the SplashGard® funnel is designed to deflect hot liquids away from the hand. The brewer offers various international electrical configurations, with 120/208V or 120/240V models requiring a 3-wire plus ground service rated accordingly, single phase, 60 Hz. Plumbing requirements range from 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA), and it is supplied with 1/4" male flare fittings. The tank capacity is 8.4 gallons (31.8 L), based on incoming water temperature of 60°F (140°F rise), and models specified as 120/208V or 120/240V must be connected to the respective 208V or 240V electrical service.
