The Axiom Twin Airpot Coffee Brewer is designed to brew 15 gallons (56.8 litres) of coffee per hour directly into 1.9 to 3 litre airpots, utilizing a twin brew head system. It features BrewLogic® technology that calculates flow rate and adjusts brew time to maintain consistent pot levels, along with BrewWizard® technology that provides simplified programming through an LCD display. The brewer includes a hot water faucet and convenient airpots that keep coffee hot for extended periods, making them easy to transport to remote meeting rooms or breakfast bars. The SplashGard® funnel ensures safe handling by deflecting hot liquids away from the hand. The machine offers digital temperature control and easy pot level adjustment, cold brew lock-out, and tank temperature settings via an advanced touch pad. With electronic diagnostics and a built-in tank drain, servicing the unit is simplified. Coffee extraction can be controlled using programmable pre-infusion or pulse brew options. An energy-saver mode reduces tank temperature during idle periods. The electrical requirements are 3 wires plus a ground service rated 120/240V, single phase, 60Hz, while plumbing requirements range from 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA). The machine is supplied with a 3.8" male flare fitting and is based on an incoming water temperature of 60°F (140°F rise), with a brew time of 4 minutes per 1/2 gallon. Models designated as 120/208V or 120/240V must be connected to the appropriate 208V or 240V electrical service, respectively, as detailed in the installation manual.
