The Bunn SmartWave® Low Profile Wide Base Coffee Brewer, model 15-S-APS, features SmartWave technology that enhances turbulence in the brew funnel, allowing it to brew 3.9 to 6.4 gallons (14.8 to 24.2 liters) of coffee per hour. It brews into a 1.9L thermal carafe using the slide-out booster tray and includes adjustable legs to accommodate up to 3.0L lever action and 2.5L push button airpots and thermal servers. The airpots, carafes, and thermal servers are designed to keep coffee hot and facilitate easy transport. The brewer ensures quality with a cold brew lock-out capability and features a SplashGard® funnel that deflects hot liquids away from the hand. An energy-saver mode is included to reduce tank temperature during idle periods. The electrical specifications are 120V, requiring 2-wires plus ground service rated 120V, single phase, 60 Hz, or 120/240V, requiring 3-wires plus ground service rated 120/240V, single phase, 60 Hz. The plumbing requirement is 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA) and it comes supplied with a 1/4" male flare fitting. The tank capacity is 155 oz. (4.58 L), and the brewing is based upon an incoming water temperature of 60°F (140°F rise) with a brew time of 4 minutes.
