The Automatic Electric Coffee Urn brews 16.3 to 18.8 gallons (61.7 to 71.2 litres) of perfect coffee per hour, featuring a unique design that ensures extremely low evaporation loss to maintain the brew at its flavorful peak. It has a large water tank with a capacity of over 20 gallons and allows for drawing off hot water during the brewing cycle without affecting coffee quality. The urn includes a half-batch option, and its top-mounted components facilitate ease of service. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it is made available in international electrical configurations. The electrical specifications include a requirement for a 3-wire plus ground service rated at 120/240V, single phase, 60 Hz, while the plumbing requires a pressure range of 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA) and is supplied with a 3/8" OD male flare fitting.
