The True Refrigerated Chef Base features a one-piece 300 Series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge, stainless steel front and sides, and an aluminum back, complemented by a white aluminum interior with a 300 stainless steel floor. It includes two drawers that accommodate one 12"L x 20"W x 4"D full-size pan and three 6"L x 6"W x 4"D 1/6 size pans, which are not included. Please note that casters are not factory installed. This unit is designed with durability and functionality in mind, making it suitable for professional kitchen environments.
