The Refrigerated Chef Base measures 51-7/8"L and features a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge, stainless steel front and sides, and an aluminum back. The interior is constructed from white aluminum, complemented by a 300 stainless steel floor. It includes two drawers that accommodate three 12"X20"X4" pans (pans not included) and is equipped with 4" castors; however, please note that the casters are not factory installed. The unit operates with a 1/3HP compressor, ensuring efficient performance and reliable operation.
