The refrigerated chef base measures 48-3/8"L and features a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge, stainless steel front and sides, and an aluminum back. Additionally, the interior is constructed from white aluminum, and the floor is made of 300 stainless steel. The unit includes (2) drawers that accommodate (2) 12"x20"x4" pans per drawer (pans not included) and is equipped with 4" castors, although these castors are not factory installed. The refrigeration system has a capacity of 1/5 HP.
