The Refrigerated Chef Base measures 72-3/8"L and features a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge. It has stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum back, and a white aluminum interior with a 300 stainless steel floor. The unit includes four drawers, each accommodating two 12"x20"x4" pans (not included) and is equipped with 4" casters. The refrigeration system is powered by a 1/3 HP compressor. Please note that the casters are not factory installed.
