The refrigerated chef base measures 82-3/8"L and features a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge, complemented by stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum back, and a white aluminum interior with a 300 stainless steel floor. It includes four drawers that can accommodate three 12" x 20" x 4" pans on the left and two on the right (pans not included). Please note that casters are not factory installed.
