The Camshelving Elements starter unit features four shelves with antimicrobial Camguard protection permanently molded into the shelf plates, ensuring a hygienic storage solution. The shelf plates can be easily wiped clean or are suitable for commercial dishwasher use. Each 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf has a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg), while the 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelves can hold up to 600 lbs (272 kg), allowing a total unit weight capacity of 2,000 lbs (907.2 kg). This unit can withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C). The kit includes four posts, two sets of post connectors, wedges, traverses, dovetails, and vented shelf plates. The product is NSF listed and made in the USA, ensuring compliance with industry standards. All Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and shelf plates can be removed without disassembly and cleaned in a dishwasher. The design allows for rearranging traverses and plates without disassembly, and the shared post design enables the addition of units without wasting space or compromising carrying capacity in a straight line. Please note that add-on units are compatible only with Camshelving of the same series.
