The Cambro Camshelving Elements Series unit creates a custom storage solution that accommodates a variety of storage products and sizes. It features angled and straight designs that hold food pans and boxes either straight or angled for ergonomic access. This unit can accommodate any size food pan from GN 1/1 to GN 1/9 and measures 18" x 26" (46 x 66 cm). Polycarbonate food storage boxes with sliding lids can be utilized alongside divider bars for hygienic food storage. Camracks can be placed on the divider bars to establish a warewashing drying and storage station. The divider bars are compatible with 24" (610 mm) wide Cambro Camshelving Elements Series units and support up to 200 lbs. (91 kg) per shelf. Each divider bar is designed with a raised retaining edge at the front to prevent racks and pans from slipping off the unit. All Cambro Camshelving products are rust and corrosion-proof for life. Also, many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are designed specifically for this Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be removed easily for cleaning in a dishwasher, and traverses and plates can be adjusted without dismantling adjacent components. The shared post design facilitates the addition of units in a straight line without sacrificing space or load capacity. Note that add-on units must be compatible with Camshelving of the same series. The product is NSF listed and made in the USA.
