The Camshelving Elements Shelf Plate Kit features vented plates with Camguard for antimicrobial protection, making it an excellent choice for coolers or freezers as it allows for maximum airflow around perishable products. The kit has a weight capacity of 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) per shelf on stationary units, with a maximum capacity of 2,000 lbs. (907.2 kg) per stationary unit and 750 lbs. (340.2 kg) per mobile unit. The shelves can withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and include 2 traverses, dovetails, and a shelf set, all in a brushed graphite finish. The components are NSF listed, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. All Cambro Camshelving products are rust and corrosion proof for life, and accessories and add-on units are compatible only within their specific Camshelving line. Notably, shelf plates can be easily lifted away for cleaning in a dishwasher without disassembly, and traverses and plates may be rearranged without needing to disassemble surrounding components.
