This 12" jointer combines significant capacity and performance, featuring a large center-mounted fence assembly that adjusts easily via a rack and pinion system with a ram lock. It includes preset stops on the fence body for quick angle setup at 45° in and out, alongside a positive stop for achieving perfect 90° angles. The parallelogram design enhances the proximity of the table to the cutterhead for improved finish and allows for swift depth of cut adjustments. This design guarantees that the tables remain perfectly parallel even after years of use. The jointer offers a choice between a standard three-knife cutterhead and a solid steel helical cutterhead, with the latter simplifying knife changes and eliminating the need for adjustments. Key features include a rack and pinion adjustable cast iron fence assembly for smooth positioning, a large 84" x 12" table surface suitable for heavy-duty work, and table lips on both sides of the cutterhead to aid in noise reduction. Additionally, it has a full-size rabbetting ledge that supports large workpieces for rabbets up to 3/4" deep, powered by a robust 3HP motor. Standard equipment includes a heavy-duty fence and a dust port.
