Straight tube heaters are ideal for complete building heating, featuring a vacuum system that pulls products of combustion through the combustion chamber for increased radiant efficiency and greater safety. The system includes reliable direct spark ignition and 100% gas shut-off safety control. It supports up to 50' of ducting in fresh air and 75' sidewall venting capability. The vacuum system encompasses a totally enclosed combustion chamber, and the heavy-duty draft inducer assembly includes a permanently lubricated, totally enclosed ball bearing motor for maintenance-free operation. Highly efficient aluminum reflectors enhance performance, while the kit includes a diaphragm air switch, heavy-duty cast iron burner, and burner inspection sight glass. A diagnostic monitoring light system is also integrated. The unit requires a 120V supply, with minimum mounting heights specified for human comfort and uniform energy distribution across complete building applications; it is recommended to mount heaters as high as possible. The product is CSA certified and made in the USA, with a 5-year limited warranty on tubes and a 1-year limited warranty on the unit.
