They feature a positive pressure system that pressurizes the combustion chamber, and the emitter tubes are constructed from heat-treated aluminized steel. All gas and electrical connections are conveniently located at the same end of the heater. Equipped with reliable direct spark ignition and 100% gas shut-off safety control, these heaters allow for up to 40 feet of ducting for fresh air or sidewall venting. The blower is situated inside the burner box, ensuring minimal noise levels of less than 60dB, making it ideal for noise-sensitive applications. It boasts a heavy-duty, permanently lubricated ball bearing blower motor for maintenance-free operation, along with highly efficient aluminum reflectors. The kit includes a diaphragm air switch, heavy-duty cast iron burner, and a burner inspection sight glass, along with a diagnostic monitoring light system. The unit requires a 120V supply and offers options for external 24V thermostat connection or line voltage operation. The minimum mounting heights are specified for human comfort and uniform energy distribution in complete building applications, with a recommendation to mount the heaters as high as possible.
