U-Tube heater configurations are designed for high heat loss areas, such as loading docks, featuring a vacuum system that pulls products of combustion through the combustion chamber to enhance radiant efficiency and safety. The unit includes reliable direct spark ignition and a 100% gas shut-off safety control. It supports up to 50' of ducting for fresh air and 75' sidewall venting capability. The vacuum system incorporates a totally enclosed combustion chamber, and the heavy-duty draft inducer assembly is equipped with a permanently lubricated, totally enclosed ball bearing motor for maintenance-free operation. The heater is equipped with highly efficient aluminum reflectors, a diaphragm air switch, a heavy-duty cast iron burner, and a burner inspection sight glass, along with a diagnostic monitoring light system. A 120V supply is required for operation, and the heater is CSA certified. The product has a 5-year limited warranty on tubes and a 1-year limited warranty on the unit, and it is made in the USA.
