Tough Guy U-Tube heaters are designed for high heat loss areas or spot heating, offering fuel savings up to 50%. They feature a positive pressure system that pressurizes the combustion chamber, with emitter tubes constructed from heat-treated aluminized steel. All gas, electrical, and flue connections are conveniently located at the same end of the heater. The heaters utilize reliable direct spark ignition and include 100% gas shut-off safety control. They support up to 40 feet of ducting for fresh air or 40 feet for sidewall venting, with a blower housed inside the burner box for minimal noise output, maintaining levels below 60 dB. The heavy-duty, permanently lubricated ball-bearing blower motor ensures maintenance-free operation, and the highly efficient aluminum reflectors enhance performance. The kit includes a diaphragm air switch, a heavy-duty cast iron burner with a burner inspection sight glass, and a diagnostic monitoring light system. A 120V supply is required, along with external 24V thermostat connection or line voltage operation.
