The straight tube heaters are designed for complete building heating, offering fuel savings of up to 50%. They feature a positive pressure system that pressurizes the combustion chamber, with all gas and electrical connections conveniently located at one end of the heater. Key attributes include reliable direct spark ignition, 100% gas shut-off safety control, and the capability for up to 40 feet of ducting in fresh air or 40 feet of sidewall venting. The blower is situated inside the burner box to minimize noise, operating at less than 60 dB, and is equipped with a heavy-duty, permanently lubricated ball bearing motor for maintenance-free operation. The system also utilizes highly efficient aluminum reflectors, a diaphragm air switch, a heavy-duty cast iron burner, and a burner inspection sight glass. A diagnostic monitoring light system enhances usability, and the unit requires a 120V supply, with options for an external 24V thermostat connection or line voltage operation. Minimum mounting heights are recommended for human comfort and uniform energy distribution in complete building applications, with installation suggested as high as possible.
