The Lewisbins ESD-safe divider box measures 16-1/2"L x 10-29/32"W x 7"H and features multi-purpose stack-only design with compartments divisible on 1.25" centers using easy-to-add dividers. It is suitable for commercial, industrial, electronics, and healthcare markets for storage, assembly, fabrication, and distribution applications. The container has a strong stacking ridge and ribbed walls for high performance with a load capacity of 40 lbs. per container, and is compatible with various racking, shelving, and material handling equipment. Optional anti-static cardholders are available for ESD-safe identification. Two types of ESD-safe divider box covers can be chosen for added product protection: an insert cover or a heavy-duty solid cover, which together with the boxes form a Faraday cage. Product clearance with snap-on cover is 6-29/32". The conductive XL material has a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square. The dissipative LS material has a surface resistance from 1.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square up to less than 1.0 x 10¹² ohms/square, and the dissipative SD SMC material has a surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square and 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square.
