The LewisBins ESD-safe divider box measures 22-13/32"L x 17-13/32"W x 6"H and features multi-purpose stack-only containers that can be divided into compartments on 1.25" centers with easy-to-add dividers. These dividable containers are suitable for commercial, industrial, electronics, and healthcare markets for storage, assembly, fabrication, and distribution applications. They have a strong stacking ridge and innovative ribbed walls that ensure high performance, with a load capacity of 40 lbs. per container. The boxes are compatible with many kinds of racking, shelving, and material handling equipment. Optional anti-static cardholders are available for ESD-safe identification, and two optional ESD-safe divider box covers are offered for added product protection: an insert cover and a heavy-duty solid cover, forming a Faraday cage when used with the boxes. The product clearance with snap-on cover is 5-29/32". The conductive XL material has a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10^4 ohms or surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10^5 ohms/square. The dissipative LS material has a surface resistance greater than or equal to 1.0 x 10^9 ohms/square but less than 1.0 x 10^12 ohms/square, while the dissipative SD SMC material has a surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10^5 and 5.0 x 10^9 ohms/square.
