Constructed with clear anodized aluminum framework and clear acrylic rear and side panels, the HEMCO ductless demo hood features a chemical-resistant fiberglass control shroud that isolates the integral blower and includes an integral carbon filter. This assembly is complemented by a vapor-proof fluorescent light fixture and wiring, effectively removing fumes and odors while providing a clear, unobstructed view of the interior from all sides. The demonstration hood is specifically designed for classroom and group observation situations, offering students 360 degrees of viewing. It is classified as a Class 1 ductless hood workstation with dimensions of 35"W x 24"D x 30.5"H, and includes light and blower switches, a phenolic resin work surface, a carbon filter, and a power cord. The unit comes completely assembled, with all electrical components UL listed, and has power requirements of 115V / 60Hz / 1Ph. Replacement carbon filters are available by special order in a pack of 2 (Part# 52005).
