The Model 24015 is a Class 1 ductless hood workstation designed for applications such as sample weighing stations, histology, student workstations, handling pharmaceuticals microscope stations, hot plate venting, and micro press. It includes a built-in carbon filter, integral fan, molded composite resin work surface dished to contain spillage, and a 110V, 6' power cord. The unit features a filter change light that indicates when it is time for a filter replacement, which is recommended every 3-4 months depending on the volume of chemicals filtered. The lightweight, chemical-resistant composite construction allows for easy mobility, while cross drafts are minimized to provide a turbulence-free work area. Note that replacement carbon filters are available by special order in a pack of 2 (Part # 52004).
