The HP 200® is a production grade hot melt packaging tape engineered for instant closures on medium-weight cartons in manufacturing and shipping environments, suitable for both manual and automated industrial carton sealing applications. It boasts excellent holding power and superior performance, with compliance to several applicable standards including ASTM D 1974-98 (2003), CID A-A-1684C, and FDA indirect contact regulations CFR 21, 175.105 and CFR 21, 177.1520 (note that the white variant is not compliant with FDA indirect contact standards). Key features include a production purpose grade, medium duty construction, an instant and permanent bond to a wide range of substrates and surfaces, a special release coating for consistent low force unwind off the roll, and reliable performance to the core for efficient tape consumption. The tape is available in a variety of colors, providing options for different applications.
