The Quincy Lab 40GC gravity convection lab oven has a capacity of 3.0 cu.ft., operates on 115V with a power consumption of 1500W, and is designed to meet the laboratory needs of industry, research organizations, and schools. This well-crafted and versatile oven is suitable for applications such as part drying, baking, curing, sterilizing, evaporating, heat treating, annealing, and testing. The cabinet features a light gray exterior with a hard, scratch-resistant hammer finish and is constructed with heavy steel double-wall for durability. The doors are equipped with high-impact thermoplastic handles, and the workspace is insulated from the outer cabinet with one inch of high-density mineral wool. The interior is made of corrosive-resistant aluminized steel and includes two adjustable and removable shelves. The control panel features an illuminated on-off rocker switch and a heat/cycle pilot light, with temperature control provided by an automatic hydraulic or bi-metal thermostat. The hydraulic models feature convenient temperature dial markings in both centigrade and Fahrenheit.
