The Quincy Lab 40AF air forced lab oven features a capacity of 2.86 cu.ft. and operates at 115V with a power consumption of 1500W. This oven utilizes forced air circulation to ensure a uniform distribution of heat throughout the chamber, which is ideal for efficient evaporation processes. Constructed with heavy steel double-wall construction, the cabinets are designed for durability and are finished in an attractive light gray, highlighted by a hard, scratch-resistant hammer finish. The doors are equipped with high-impact thermoplastic handles. The workspace is insulated with one inch of high-density mineral wool, while the interiors are made of corrosive-resistant aluminized steel. Quality components recognized by UL and CSA are utilized in all models. The control panel includes an illuminated on-off rocker switch and a heat/cycle pilot light. Temperature regulation is managed by either an automatic hydraulic or a bi-metal thermostat, with hydraulic models offering convenient temperature dial markings in both centigrade and Fahrenheit. This oven is specifically designed for 115 volts for use in the U.S., with a 230-volt option available for foreign countries.
