The Quincy Lab 30AF air forced lab oven has a capacity of 1.83 cu.ft. and operates at 115V with a power consumption of 1500W. This oven features forced air circulation, which ensures a uniform distribution of heat throughout the chamber, enhancing the evaporation process. The exterior is painted light gray with a hard, scratch-resistant hammer finish, while the doors are equipped with high impact thermoplastic handles. The oven is constructed with heavy steel double-wall construction, and the workspace is insulated from the outer cabinet using one inch of high density mineral wool, with interiors made of corrosive-resistant aluminized steel. The control panel includes an illuminated on-off rocker switch and a heat/cycle pilot light. Temperature control is managed by either an automatic hydraulic thermostat or a bi-metal thermostat, with hydraulic models providing convenient temperature dial markings in both centigrade and Fahrenheit.
