True union ball valves feature a two-way blocking true union valve that seals in both directions, along with a unique double union double block design that permits in-line maintenance without the need to disconnect the pipe. These valves provide full, unobstructed flow without any turbulence or pressure drop. The seals are available in Viton or EPDM O-ring options, and they utilize self-lubricating PTFE seats, which are both corrosion resistant and compatible with most chemicals. An external adjustment feature allows for compensation due to seat wear, and the valves can be quickly and easily disassembled without special tools, as the handle doubles as a wrench. Additionally, there is a built-in actuator mounting pad for versatile installation options.
