The TISF foot sealers are designed for high-volume poly bag sealing and are available in lengths of 12", 18", and 24" with a seal thickness of either 2.7mm or 5mm, capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute. These machines feature a plug-in timer that allows for a consistently flat seal, freeing up hands for quicker and more accurate operation. The sealers are light blue and can handle materials up to 24" wide with a total thickness of 16 mil, with the sealing area positioned 30" above the floor. Each sealer comes with a 26" pedestal, a 2" base, an adjustable work table measuring 12"l x 5"w, and an adjustable foot control, with the adjusting plate measuring 9-1/2"l x 10"w. An optional 36" pedestal for standing operation is also available. Additionally, a manufacturer's replacement kit is included, consisting of two elements, ensuring continued performance of the equipment. Operation is straightforward; simply set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, and press down on the footboard, holding it for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light goes off to secure the seal.
