The W-Series long hand sealers are designed with an extended sealing length and feature a durable ivory steel construction. These sealers can be paired with round wires for cut and seal applications, or they can be equipped with a cutter that cuts approximately 3/4 inch from the seal line. Matching film rollers are also available. The manufacturer's replacement kit includes three elements and one blade, applicable if the cutter unit is ordered. The sealers are user-friendly, allowing the operator to set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bar, and press down on the seal bar. For optimal sealing quality, it is recommended to hold the seal bar down for a few seconds after the light turns off before resealing. On models with a sliding cutter, the operator should slide across the bag while maintaining pressure on the seal bar to cut the bag efficiently.
