The portable hand-held device allows for the sealing of heat seal-compatible plastic film and materials such as aluminum foil, coated paper, or coated cellulose film with ease and flexibility, featuring PTFE-coated jaws that prevent materials from sticking to the seal bars. It is important to note that direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene material. The device has a limited warranty of 6 months. It is easy to operate; depending on the material, a warm-up time of 5-15 minutes is required for the sealer to reach the desired temperature. The temperature controller can be adjusted to the desired setting, at which point the power and heat lamp will activate. Users simply need to insert the material between the jaws and close them for a few seconds, then release the jaw and adjust the timing until a satisfactory seal is achieved. Key features include its lightweight design, a 12mm (0.47") seal width, a sealing length of 300mm (11.8"), a serrated seal style suitable for thicker materials, and the product is designed and manufactured in Germany.
