The HL-M810 is designed for sealing all types of thermoplastic materials and bags and is applicable in industries such as food, medical, and cosmetic. This sealer features durable stainless steel construction and is easy to operate, requiring minimal operator training. It boasts a fast warm-up time and a solid state temperature controller that maintains the seal bars at the proper temperature for consistent seal quality. The fully adjustable conveyor allows for customization of height and depth in relation to the seal bars, while a motorized rubber conveyor provides speed control. Additional features include knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment and a sealing method that employs constant/direct heat, complemented by both cooling and heating blocks. Dry ink coding enables printing on the seal line, and the unit operates with a left-to-right feed. The spare kit includes a PC board, PTFE belt, wheel belt, fuse, motor brush, heating element, silica gel ring, silicone pin, tweezers, and type set.
