The W-Series double foot sealers are designed for sealing thicker materials and are available in lengths of 12", 18", and 24" with a 5mm seal, capable of sealing materials up to 20 mil total thickness. They feature a single and double sealing selector switch, allowing for flexibility in sealing various types of materials. Users can choose between 1 or 2 heating elements for top and bottom heating based on the material thickness. The sealers are constructed with a steel frame for enhanced safety and stability, and they include a height-adjustable working plate. The manufacturer's replacement kit comprises two elements, while a taller stand and tension rod, which adds 10" in height, are also available. The standard working height is 30-1/4", and the extended standing tube provides a working height of 42-1/2". Operation is straightforward: users set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, and press down on the footboard, holding it for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light goes off to ensure a proper seal.
