The KF-Series foot sealers are designed for high volume poly bag and other thermoplastic sealing, capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute. These sealers allow for hands-free operation, promoting quicker and more accurate sealing. Equipped with a plug-in electronic timer, the timer controls the sealing duration required for various materials, ensuring a consistently flat seal once set. The signal light on the timer indicates when the sealing is complete by turning off. Available in 18" and 24" models with a 5mm width seal, the sealers include a 26" pedestal, a 2" base, and an adjustable work table with adjustable foot control. Constructed entirely of metal, these machines require no warm-up time and sit on a rectangular base for added stability. The product is backed by a limited warranty of 6 months. Easy operation is ensured: simply set the timer, insert the bag between the two sealing bars, press down on the footboard, and hold for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light goes off to secure the seal.
