The W-300DAT is a table-top, auto, and direct heat sealer designed for efficient and consistent sealing of various thermoplastic packaging materials. This sealer features an electronic timer that controls the sealing time, ensuring automatic maintenance of seal quality once the correct setting is established. With a sealing capacity of up to 12" wide and a serrated seal width of 15mm, it operates effectively on thicker materials including coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, Mylar, and coated PP, with a maximum thickness of 20 mil. The unit is equipped with a German-manufactured thermo controller that accurately regulates temperature from 30° - 550° F (0° - 300 ° C), and both jaws are heated simultaneously for improved heat penetration. The unit comes in ivory and is outfitted with a foot switch for semi-automatic operation and a heat-resistant plastic bar to enhance safety. Additionally, an adjustable work table is included for user convenience.
