The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor features 6" high side rails and is shipped complete with controls, providing a versatile solution for handling various products in facilities, particularly for assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. The conveyor includes 6"H side rails to prevent cargo from falling during movement. It is constructed with a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed that has a black friction surface PVC belt. The equipment comes with permanent adjustable leg supports that can be set between 34" to 38"H for convenience and operates at a standard belt speed of 60 FPM in a non-reversing configuration. A totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor powers the conveyor, along with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers, all supported by pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are available, and an optional variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) upgrade is offered for added flexibility along with an optional horsepower upgrade to enhance capacity. The load capacity is as follows: for a 12"W belt, a uniform load capacity of 250 lbs is available with 1/2 horsepower (standard), 500 lbs with 3/4 horsepower (optional), and 1,000 lbs with 1 horsepower (optional); for a 20" - 24"W belt, the capacities are 160 lbs with 1/2 horsepower, 390 lbs with 3/4 horsepower, and also 1,000 lbs with 1 horsepower (optional).
