The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor features 6" high side rails and is shipped complete, including controls, making it a versatile solution for handling a variety of products throughout your facility, ideal for assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. The conveyor includes 6" high side rails to prevent cargo from falling during movement and has a 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. It comes with permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" H for added convenience, and operates at a standard belt speed of 60 FPM in a non-reversing manner. The system is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, and includes an 8 ft. power cord along with an on/off switch for 115V use. Quality features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are available, and optional upgrades include a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) for greater flexibility and horsepower upgrades to increase capacity. The load capacity is specified as follows: for a 12" wide belt, a standard 1/2 HP motor has a load capacity of 250 lbs., a 3/4 HP motor has a capacity of 500 lbs., and a 1 HP motor is available for further capacity options; for a 20" - 24" wide belt, the standard 1/2 HP motor has a capacity of 160 lbs., the 3/4 HP offers 390 lbs., with additional horsepower options available.
