The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor features 6" high side rails and is shipped complete with controls, serving as a versatile solution for handling various products across facilities, particularly in assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. This conveyor is designed with 6"H side rails to prevent cargo from falling during movement and boasts a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. It includes permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" H for convenience, and operates at a standard speed of 60 feet per minute (FPM) with a non-reversing belt. The system is equipped with a totally enclosed 1/2 HP motor that can run on 115/230V, 60 Hz single phase power, and comes with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. The load capacity is uniformly distributed over the length, with standard and optional horsepower ratings providing flexibility for different belt widths: 1/2 HP supports 250 lbs for a 12"W belt and 160 lbs for a 20"-24"W belt; 3/4 HP supports 500 lbs for a 12"W belt and 390 lbs for a 20"-24"W belt. An optional variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) is available for enhanced adaptability, along with horsepower upgrades to increase overall capacity.
