The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor is designed with 6" high side rails and is shipped complete with controls, making it a versatile solution for handling various products in assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. Its construction features a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed equipped with a black friction surface PVC belt, enhancing functionality while preventing cargo from falling during movement. The unit includes permanent adjustable leg supports that range from 34" to 38"H for user convenience and operates at a standard non-reversing belt speed of 60 FPM. The conveyor is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single phase motor, and comes with an 8 ft. power cord and on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers, all utilizing pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings for durability. The conveyor has a load capacity of 250 lbs. uniformly distributed over length with a 12"W belt and 160 lbs. with a 20"-24"W belt under standard 1/2 HP motor operation. Optional upgrades include a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) for greater flexibility and higher horsepower options to increase capacity, with a maximum load capacity of 500 lbs. for the 3/4 HP unit and 1,000 lbs. for the 1 HP unit.
