The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor is a comprehensive solution for handling a variety of products in facilities, suitable for assembly, sorting, and inspection applications. The conveyor features a 3-1/2" deep by 12-gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt and includes permanent adjustable leg supports that can be modified from 34" to 38" in height for convenience. It operates at a standard speed of 60 feet per minute with a non-reversing belt mechanism, powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, complete with an 8-foot power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. The conveyor is equipped with crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys featuring 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Options for reversible conveyors, replacement parts, and an upgrade to a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) are available, in addition to horsepower upgrades for enhanced capacity. The load capacity is uniformly distributed over length, with standard and optional horsepower ratings for different belt widths: 1/2 HP supports 250 lbs on a 12"W belt and 160 lbs on a 20"-24"W belt; optional 3/4 HP supports 500 lbs on a 12"W belt and 390 lbs on a 20"-24"W belt; and optional 1 HP supports 740 lbs.
